Customer Service / Marketing
We’re a growing chocolate company looking to hire a self motivated digital marketer with exceptional customer service skills. We’re looking for the right person who wants to make the most of online marketing to take the team to another level. You’re looking for a position to show your skills.
The job is a combination of customer service working with customers via email, phone and in person. In addition, you will help on marketing to help our online presence stand above the rest.

Work on digital marketing campaigns utilizing online tools
Google Adwords and analytics, etc.
Meet growth goals
Report on goals and progress
Answers telephone and assist customers with their inquiries
Assist office staff with projects/orders
Become knowledgeable about our products and chocolate in general
Assist with custom orders and custom order inquiries
Answer phones and e-mails, as needed
Friendly personality with strong customer service skills
Eager to take initiative and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Proven success with Adwords, Analytics, online campaigns, etc.
Administrative computer skills (Word, Excel, Google Docs, Quickbooks)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Punctual, quick learner with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Starting pay is $15.00/hr to start
