Poco Dolce's Madagascar Vanilla Bean infused Sea Salt Caramels are crafted all by hand in our San Francisco kitchen. After each fresh batch has cooled, we cut them by hand, enrobe each caramel in a perfect layer of smooth bittersweet dark chocolate, and finish them with add a pinch of Himalayan Pink Sea Salt. This precise, handmade process makes each Sea Salted Caramel a unique, indulgent experience on the "savory side of sweet."
