HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
Orders may be placed through our website, in our San Francisco store, or by phone at 415.255.1443
To arrange for Pick-up at our San Francisco Location, you can call ahead to place your order.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Orders received by 12pm PST Monday-Thursday will ship the same day (weather permitting.) If you would like to change your order please contact us as soon as possible at 415.255.1443 or at orders@pocodolce.com
WHERE ELSE CAN I BUY THESE PRODUCTS?Poco Dolce products are sold at a number of retailers across the country. To find a store near you, visit our Retailers page.
We are always looking for great retailers and purveyors. If you know of a retailer near you that would be a good fit for our products, please email us at info@pocodolce.com
HOW MUCH TIME IS NEEDED TO PROCESS MY ORDER?Orders received by 12pm PST Monday-Thursday will ship the same day (weather permitting.)
* Exceptions include Warm Weather Shipping. During Summer, your order may be held until the follow Monday to ensure your chocolates arrive while the included ice packs are still cold.

CAN I ADD A GIFT NOTE TO MY ORDER?Yes we can! After adding items to your Cart, you can add a Gift Note message on the Cart screen.
WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT FOR ONLINE ORDERS?
We accept all major credit cards.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
If you are not satisfied with our product, please email us at info@pocodolce.com or call us at 415.255.1443 within two weeks of receipt. and we will do everything we can to fix it. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.
WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?
We will never sell or rent the information you provide to us to third parties. All information is kept confidential. We do not keep credit cards on file.

PRODUCT CARE
HOW SHOULD I STORE THESE CHOCOLATES?Heat and humidity are good chocolate's worst enemies. Our chocolate should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
It is recommended that you do not refrigerate our chocolate, as it may cause sugar bloom when it comes back up to room temperature.
HOW LONG WILL THEY LAST?
Most of our chocolates - including our Tiles, Toffee Squares, and Bars - have a conservative shelf-life of approx. 6 months to a year. Our filled chocolates (Hearts, Bunnies, Bon Bons) are made to order and have a shelf-life of about three to eight weeks. Most products come with an 'enjoy by' date.
DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN NUTS?Though our facility is not a nut-free environment, we do our best to keep equipment that comes in contact with nuts separated in our kitchen. Because all of our products are produced in the same kitchen, we do warn that confections may contain traces of peanuts or tree nuts (almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, and pecans).
ARE ANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS DAIRY-FREE?
Though hard to believe, because of it's amazing texture, our line of Bittersweet Chocolate Bars is 100% Dairy-Free! However, they are not vegan certified.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS GMO-FREE?95% of Poco Dolce's products are GMO-Free and Gluten-Free.
Exceptions include the St Paddy's Day Box, Whiskey Box, and Trento Box, which all contain products that contain some gluten (Hazelnut Feuilletine Crisps and Whiskey Bon Bons.)
As of Dec, 2013, Poco Dolce no longer uses corn syrup in any of our products.
